Please note that all prices excludes shipping charges, all shipping charges will be added at checkout.

Processing time: Order verification and packaging.

All orders will be dispatched within 24 hours after the order has been placed, verified and payments have been cleared. Unless a other arrangement has been made with regards to items that is not in stock.

Once dispatched you will receive a tracking number either via email or whatsapp.

The Courier Guy to your door: delivery time 2-3 working days*

*For all major areas. Outlaying areas please add 2-3 working days to normal delivery time. Please note that a 3rd party is used for courier services which is not under our control, thus the above mentioned delivery times are indicative and may change due to issues outside of our control

Please note that de do not take responsibility/accountability for non-deliveries to farms. We therefore recommend that customers make use of street addresses in cities/towns or alternatively to a The Courier Guy depot to ensure the courier can find it easily.

Additional Pudo terms:

From the moment you receive the notification stating your package has arrived/is deposited at one of the Pudo lockers, you will have 36 hours to pick up your package.

If you don’t pick up your package within the deadline, it will be sent to the closest Pudo Kiosk/Depot.

The customer can make contact with TCG to arrange for the package to be resend to a Pudo locker nearest to you or an alternative address at an additional cost. The customer will be expected to make all necessary arrangements for delivery/collection once the deadline of the 36 hours have been missed.

** Please note that items are packed and shipped to the best of our ability, if your parcel is received in a condition that is not as per your satisfaction, please take immediate pictures and contact us to address and resolve.
